Niagara Advisors Network is not a real estate company licensed under the Ontario Real Estate Act. Niagara Advisors Network can not and shall not provide any services for which a license is required under the Act.  Niagara Advisors Network shall not negotiate on behalf of the Seller or anyone else in the sale and purchase of the land and/or improvements that are subject of this Contract, nor shall it offer any legal advice in general and as to the validity/viability of any offers generated thereby in particular. The Seller is encouraged to seek legal opinion prior to accepting any offers to purchase that may result from this Contract
