Take a $40 subscription to our e-mail service, which will alert you when new properties come on the market. The service can run for up to 6-months and will give you the flexibility of maintaining your independence until you have found your dream home. The service works automatically from the local MLS service, and within hours of the new listing coming online, so that you can be aware of the property at the same time as the agents using the MLS are, sometimes even before!
