This ranch house on 3 acres has large white oak trees all around the property. It has a sunroom with lots of windows. We had an art business and studio here and made the garage into a very adequate office. It has computers and office machines. The house is furnished and most furniture can come with it including all the kitchen appliances. It is a wonderful place to raise children. Our neighbor on one side owns about 20 acres and had horses until recently. We have a small red barn on the property that could be used for animals or a horse. There is an excellent school. You can burn wood for heat in the winter. The house is located on a dirt road and is the fourth house in a row of five houses. We had a bad storm in may and several of my oaks fell, one hitting my pool and destroying it. This does need some fixing, but nothing major and would be a very enjoyable place for a family to live, or perhaps an older couple. There are no stairs other than a walk up from the garage.
