Consolidated Real Estate Services, LLC---Memphis MLS



We offer a service through an affiliate company Consolidated Real Estate Services, LLC. to get your home in the MLS if you want. With either Flat Fee MLS Package, you can get a free listing in the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS Multiple Listing Service (MLS), agreeing to pay a commission (usually 3%) to a Buyer's Agent.

Why Would A FSBO Seller Want The MLS?
A seller wouldn't unless the seller is interested in cooperating (Co-Op) with a real estate agent in the sale of a home, yet retain the right to sell the home and avoid any commission. Co-Op(ing) means the seller will pay a real estate agent some commission, in most cases usually 3%, but certainly never 6 or 7 %. (Note-Commissions are negotiable.)

A primary advantage of the MLS is that your home will appear on REALTOR.COM and their affiliated websites (currently more than 10, including the Commercial Appeal website) once you commit to the MLS program.
