This program rewards people for finding their own properties listed on websites like Realtor.com, HomesByOwner.com and Yahoo! and then driving out to see the properties themselves. When you eventually find the home of your dreams or the perfect investment property, one that you want to make an offer on, give us a call. We will meet you at the property, give you advice and representation in what can be a very complicated process and make the offer for you. This will entitle Mills Realty to the commission that the full-priced listing agent would have kept all for themselves and we will in turn give half of our commission to you in the form of a rebate after closing or a credit at the close of escrow. So on the typical 6% listing, you would have just bought that house for 1 ½ % less than you actually paid for it.
