Our local franchise owner Rob Lakoseljac is phenomenal to deal with and very informative. Most of all, he is genuinely interested in his client's needs and always ready to be of assistance. The layout of the web site is extremely easy to navigate and offers elaborate sales tools and feedback information. The minimal fee for the services provided by Homes By Owner is surprisingly economical and a lot less than their competitors. So much so, you would think that it would be lacking in features/services offered. NOT SO ! Homes By Owner offers much much more ! We would never again consider a Commissioned Real Estate agent, when we can receive as much service, if not more, by selling privately through Homes By Owner. Today's housing market is too competitive not to give Homes By Owner its due consideration. There is just too much to gain by selling Privately and too much commission paid using a Realtor.
