Simply find a property you are interested in, call the owner direct, make an appointment to see the property.

FSBO sellers know more about their property than agent-listed properties because they live in the house. For example, they know where the bus stop is, they know the ages of the children nearby. They know babysitters, home owners in area, short cuts and many, many intangible things no agent would ever know.

FSBO sellers love working direct with buyers. The seller will coordinate all the necessary documents (paperwork, contracts, etc) based on what you both agreed to. Most negotiations are conducted verbally bewteen the buyer and seller until both parties are in agreement.

As a buyer, you certainly have the right to

- have the property inspected

- make certain it appraises at least at your sales price

- buy after you a get a loan you are happy with
