KSN Investment Corp. (KSN) is a real estate investment firm located in Jacksonville Florida.  KSN controls a growing portfolio of single family residences and offers a wide range of services to investors, renters and tenant/buyers.   

Through its exposure in the Jacksonville real estate market, KSN recognized the need for a self-service home seller offering.  A service that would enable sellers to get educated on the home selling options available to them and provide them with the tools required to manage the selling process themselves, acquiring the assistance they need along the way without being 100% dependent on a traditional real estate brokerage.
