We manage all events with the title company, lenders, buyers, sellers, cooperating agents, inspectors, appraisers and other third party vendors that are needed to complete the transaction to successfully.

• We make sure loan applications are submitted on time.
  
• We keep all parties up to date and informed. We’ll even remind them what they need to bring to the closing.
  
• We’ll schedule the walk-through and closing date and time.

• We’ll issue all required disclosures and follow up on them.
  
• We’ll coordinate activities with the cooperating agent. When there is one.
  
• We’ll act as the receiver of all inspections, reports, documents and disclosures.
  
• We’ll fax disclosures and reports to you immediately.
