| Dear Lawrance: Thanks to FSBO I saved over $14,000 in fees. We owned a home in Fishers that we built five years ago. The home is located in a very desirable area and was customized with many upgrades. We listed the home with a realtor for 90 days. They had over 30 showings with two lowball offers. I signed with FSBO, put the sign out on a Friday, and had seventeen phone calls and three showings the first weekend.
