Finding the right neighbothood

This is as important as anything in your decision for a new home.  You and your family must decide if you want to be close to your church, schools, family or friends.  How far to you want to travel to work?  How close to you want to be to your home if you want to come home for lunch?  Where do your childrens' friends live and is it important that they live near them? These and other questions should enter the decision factor when you are buying a home. You may want to go next door and meet the neighbors and ask them questions about the area and find out how long they have lived in the area. They can be of great help.
