Packages: We offer various packages for selling or renting real estate, good UP TO 6 MONTHS

Starting Early: Owners & Landlords may place their order 24/7 on our website, or may come into our office during office hours.

Final Deadlines: Each month we have a final deadline (around the 17th of the month) in order to assure we get our information to the printers on time. All new written orders, changes, or cancellations should be turned into the office by this deadline. Any cancellations after the deadline will result in one additional month of services.

Upgrades; Cancellations; Credits vs Refunds: You may upgrade your package or add MLS at anytime. There is no partial refund for an early sale, but a credit for services can be issued for the first 5 months of services should a split in months be desired for the same property. Normally a restart fee applies.

Online Orders VS In-Office Orders: Both online & in-office orders end up with the same services, but the in-office orders definitely have personal service and recommendations for your benefit..

Text: Each ad-package has a predetermined amount of space as noted. Less is more when it comes to advertising, and "keep it simple" usualy works best. We can assist you in creating text and changes for your ad free of charge.
FREE Photo/Text Changes: We encourage changes to "freshen" text, add Open Houses, lower sales priced or update images for better response. With Password Access, you may make any changes for FREE on our website as well including photos, text, Open Houses, print photo-flyers, check your hit traffic, etc. You are welcome to ask for our suggestions.
