1. $669 Local MLS+ Realtor.com, Agent Assistance (NEW)
Agent Assistance provides a comparative market analysis to accurately price your property from the start. It also provides support at key stages of the selling process including professional contract preparation. Our licensed representative will make recommendations, check your offer for accuracy to ensure a smooth and worry-free closing.
Includes listings for up to 6 months on our local Intermountain MLS PLUS Realtor.com, the largest real estate website with 6 million monthly visitors. There is NO Listing Commission when the property sells. It is recommended that you offer any buyers agent approx. 3% commission.

2. MLS Add-On Special (NEW low Flat Fee)
Maintain any 1/4 pg. or larger ad in the PROPERTY BY OWNER magazine, and have your competitively priced property added to the Intermountain MLS. The flat fee is only $995 through Hess Real Estate Services, payable only at closing regardless of how the property sells.
This service can be added anytime, and will continue for up to 6 months. It is suggested that you offer any buyers agent (including Hess Real Estate Services) a 3% commission if they bring your buyer. Service includes: list of comparables if available, sign, MLS, lockbox, and numerous websites including Realtor.com. You can still sell "By Owner", and Hess Real Estate Services will write all offers for you, represent you in all instances, coordinate the closing with the Title Company, and assist the buyer in finding financing.
3. MLS Discounted Full Listing (NEW low Fee)
NO MONEY UPFRONT. Most competitively priced properties can be listed with Hess Real Estate Services discounted MLS fee to be paid ONLY at closing. This is a 6 month listing. You pay just 1.9% to Hess Real Estate Services at closing. It is suggested that you offer any buyers agent a 3% commission if they bring you a buyer for a total of 4.9% commission (only 2.9% if Hess Real Estate Services brings your buyer). Includes: market analysis, lockbox, photos, sign, photos, advertising, coverage with Realtor.com, and many other websites, appointments for showings, negotiations, and handling offers, working with buyers, and coordinating with the Title Company.
