At the same time if you sell the property for sale by owner without the involvement of a realtor, no commission is due any one; thus you save the entire commission.

This program provides a home seller with the best of both worlds: pay a buying agent a reduced commission only if they sell the property and still reserve the right to sell your own property and save the entire commission.

Save 6, Inc. publishes a for sale by owner magazine and will feature a picture ad in this publication until your home is sold.

We will install a professional sign on your property on a wood post with the homeowner’s phone number for contact. This sign will be removed when the home sells.

At no extra cost we will provide our customers with all the contracts and addendums necessary to complete the sale. In addition we can review contracts faxed to our office or give phone consultation at no additional cost.
