Relax... the buyers will since your anxiety and it may make them nervous as well. A nervous buyer can not get excited. And, frankly it takes excitement to motivate a buyer to pay your price.
Remove all pets, kids and distractions if possible. Send everyone for a walk! And, most importantly, remove ODORS. Have a honest friend come smell your house. Number one turnoff for buyers: ODOR!
