You can go to Office Depot and get a hokey contract or you can try to get a contract thru an agent. The best thing to do is call one of the professionals to the right of this page and let them work on a contract with you. You will be protected and all the proper addendums will be attached. This purchase is too big to go wrong.
Closings are held at attorney's offices. The attorney is chosen by your lender because they protect the lender. The attorney is unbiased to both you and the seller.
