We are the newest generation of real estate professionals, providing a variety of specialized marketing plans and options to fit every budget and level of involvement! Our company is dedicated to helping people buy and sell property without the use of real estate brokers and the outrageous commissions that follow. Since 2004, our clients have saved over $3,500,000 in real estate commissions. We did this by educating our clients, making sure their home was priced properly and by advertising their home to 45,000 buyers per month.

We are Indiana's largest and most successful by-owner company. It’s our magazine that makes all the difference. Each month, we spend thousands of dollars advertising our client’s homes and distribute over 22,000 magazines, to hundreds of high-traffic locations like Marsh, Meijer, Kroger, O'Malia's & Sam’s Club. Magazines are stocked twice a week to insure they don’t run out. Our high traffic internet site is linked to FSBOPublishers.org which is published in over 2 million magazines across the U.S. and Canada every month.

Our marketing packages typically outperform the MLS as we have a 70% success rate compared to 57% for the Multiple Listing Service. We’ve sold homes from as low as $15,000 to well over $850,000. The average clients home price is about $180,000, or nearly $30,000 higher than the MLS. Our clients save an average of 94% of would-be commissions.

The For Sale By Owner retail store is located at 96th Street and Allisonville Road. We carry Indiana's largest selection of signs and real estate supplies for home owners, investors and even agents.
