How much of a mortgage can I qualify for?

We can answer this question after you have provided us with your gross annual income and your current debt load. Your gross income is the amount of money you make before any deductions are subtracted.  For example, you make $20.00 per hour, 40 hours a week for 52 weeks. The gross income in this case would be $41,600.00. Mortgage companies will look at other types of income, so when applying for a loan, you should include everything you make from all sources in a year. Any money you owe is factored into your current debt load. You could make a list of the companies you owe, the outstanding balances and the monthly payments you are making. If you are the type that charges a few things on a credit card, then pay the bill off before the due date, don't worry about these. However, if you owe $3,000 on a card and pay $50 each month, this will be included in the calculations. You are welcome to use our mortgage calculators. 

What is your best interest rate?

We can tell you what the lowest interest rate is, however you may not be eligable for it. Once your credit score is established, it will determine which mortgage company we use and what their rate is.
